Spektra Systems is an IT Services and Consulting firm that offers cloud-based solutions to global organizations. Content required curation for diverse audiences, including ISVs, educational institutions, learning partners, and more.
What I did
• Generate technical and SEO-focused blog posts for the CloudLabs product.
• Strategize and create content for landing pages.
• Strategize and create content to support diverse marketing initiatives.
• Worked closely with cross-functional teams to shape tailored content for CloudLabs and SaaSify, aligning with specific product needs and use cases.
Content Strategy
I’ve shaped content strategies around new product updates, business goals, and what competitors were up to, making sure users stayed informed without being overwhelmed. Everything was planned with intent, tailored to different audiences, and mapped out in strategy sheets that helped keep messaging relevant, timely, and on point. A lot of this came together through close collaboration with teams and leadership, balancing company vision with what users actually cared about.

I planned and wrote drip email campaigns that guided users through case studies and new product features, thinking through the journey before getting into the words. From strategy to execution, the focus was on keeping emails useful, clear, and worth opening. Alongside this, I worked on monthly newsletters bringing together industry updates, product highlights, and curated reads to keep users in the loop without sounding like noise.
